Frank Tees • Vice President, Technical Sales & Support 

Frank Tees started his cinema career in 1989, serving in most aspects of theater exhibition with Krikorian Premiere Theaters. He spent the past 15 years with the world’s largest exhibitor, Regal Entertainment Group, and since 2002 has been Director of Technical Services for the Southwest Region. He managed a team of technicians in preparation, installation and service of film and digital cinema equipment for 1000 screens in Southern California, Hawaii, Nevada and Arizona. Frank has extensive training on 3D and standard DLP and Sony projection systems and practical experience installing them in an integrated and networked environment. Frank also managed Regal’s technical training program and developed preventative maintenance and tracking guidelines to service systems according to their warranty. 

Ben Stanton • Senior Director of Sales 

Ben Stanton embarked on his professional journey in the early 2000s, making his mark as the Western Regional Sales Manager at Greystone Seating. Here, he cultivated a robust foundation in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)) sales, specializing in both cinema and stadium/arena markets. His expertise and commitment propelled him to the position of National Director of Sales at Camatic Seating, where he played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the cinema industry with a focus on recliners. With a global perspective in mind, Ben expanded his horizons as the Global Sales Manager at Encore Seating. Starting in January 2023, he pivoted towards the dynamic technology sector, assuming the role of Senior Director of Sales at Moving iMage Technologies. In his current capacity, Ben leverages his extensive experience and a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University to lead global sales teams, drive successful product rollouts, and contribute to revenue growth. 

Leo Enticknap • Field Service Engineer 

Leo Enticknap has worked in the cinema industry on and off since 1989, as a projectionist, in film preservation, and since 2017, as MiT’s senior field service engineer.  He installs, maintains, and upgrades projection, audio, automation and integration equipment in screening venues including multiplexes, arthouses, screening rooms, and Bel-Air Circuit residence theaters.  While at MiT (Moving IMage Technologies) he has developed the company’s remote support and monitoring systems to minimize downtime and the cost of repairs, designed Q-Sys integrations for mixed use and other bespoke auditoria, and worked to grow the company’s service contract and installation business.  He holds certifications from Barco, NEC, Dolby, and QSC.” 

Francois Godfrey • Vice President Business Development / Sales 

 Francois Godfrey began his cinema career at the La Paloma Theatre in Encinitas, California. In 1991 Francois turned his attention to the multiplex business as the Director of Projection & Technical Services for CinemaStar Luxury Theatres, responsible for managing the construction and operations of 100+ auditoriums in southern California and Northern Mexico. In 1999 Francois joined QSC Audio Products LLC to become the Director of Sales, Cinema. In this role, Francois was instrumental in launching QSC’s cinema loudspeaker and cinema processor lines and setting up the required distribution channel worldwide. Francois then focused his attention on marketing as the Vice President of Marketing at Ballantyne Strong Inc., overseeing the messaging as Ballantyne Strong transformed from the largest projector manufacturer in the world to an integration and service entity. In 2013 Francois joined Barco as the Director of Business Development, Cinema, guiding the messaging and launch of new initiatives and laser-illuminated projection systems in North America and global exhibitors. Francois joined MiT in 2022, providing a well-rounded perspective of technical acumen and business development with a customer perspective. 

Debra Anita Walker • Director of Purchasing 

Debra comes to Moving Image Technologies with 31 years of professional experience. For 15 years she held the position of Purchasing Manager at Christie. Instrumental in vendor selection to ensure high-quality, low-cost sourcing of products and materials. She is a member in good standing with NAPM for over 10 years. Debra holds various certifications in Purchasing and Management including: Small Business Management – Laney Jr. College, Purchasing Management – UCLA, Purchasing Management – University of Phoenix, and Certified Purchasing Manager – NAPM.
